Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 70% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 8 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

A2 House is an accommodation located at the very beginning of the Kassandra peninsula, in a peaceful setting ideal for a relaxing vacation. It is situated near the village of Nea Potidea, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. Thanks to its location, it serves as an excellent starting point for exploring both Kassandra and Sithonia, as well as for taking trips to Thessaloniki, which is relatively close. The beach in this area is long, wide, and sandy, with a gradual depth and a spacious shallow area, making it suitable for children. Nea Potidea is a smaller resort recommended for families with children and couples looking for peaceful vacation.
The offer includes a two-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor, accommodating up to six adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds, and the living room features two single sofa beds.
This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with free Wi-Fi internet, a TV with Netflix, a hairdryer, an iron with an ironing board, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a stove with four burners and a large oven, an air fryer, a large fridge with freezer, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
