Mariya Art Living Apartments is located near the seaside village of Nea Skioni, which stretches along the sandy coast, on the southern part of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki, and is characterized by lush vegetation, making this place the perfect choice for those who feel the need for tranquility, relaxation and privacy. The accommodation is 150m from the nearest beach, while it is 2km from Nea Skioni and the local beach.
Setting high standards in equipment, while at the same time establishing a series of environmental sustainability practices, aiming not only to minimize the ecological footprint of its facilities, but also to have a positive impact on the environment, and to make your stay pleasant and memorable, the hosts of this accommodation are have made an effort that you bring the best memories, taking care of every detail in this modernly equipped, art and soul-inspired and, above all, comfortable and functional accommodation.
Each accommodation unit is uniquely decorated with artistic paintings and hand-made handicraft items, blended into a refined ambience.
As part of this accommodation, there is a studio suitable for people with disabilities designed to accommodate up to four adults, as well as one and two-bedroom apartments designed to accommodate up to six adults.
The studio has a double bed and a sofa for two people, and the apartment with one bedroom has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa for two people in the living room. Apartments with two bedrooms have a double bed in one bedroom, in the second bedroom they have either two single beds or bunk beds, while in the living room, they have a sofa for two people.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, with each room having an independent cooling unit, and offer their guests free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a bathroom with free toiletries made from natural ingredients, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two glass-ceramic hotplates, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and large fridge with a freezer in all accommodation units except one bedroom apartments which have a standard fridge with a freezing chamber.
A baby cot, a baby feeding chair, protection for electric sockets, a prefabricated fence for the sofa if a small child sleeps on it, a Bluetooth speaker, a USB charger, and a milk frother are available on request and are included in the price.
Inside each apartment guests have a parasol and two sunbeds at their disposal, which can be used on other beaches.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard, depending on the number of floors, on the furnished veranda or balcony, or in the resting area surrounded by a garden with aromatic herbs, and olive and citrus trees.
Only one pet weighing up to 8kg is allowed in this accommodation, with an extra charge of 10€ per day. Also, upon the arrival of guests whose pet stays in the accommodation, a guaranteed deposit in the amount of 100€ is required in case of compensation for possible damage caused by the pet, as well as signing a statement on the policy and procedure of the pet's stay in the accommodation. The deposit will be returned to the guests if the pet has not caused any damage after their stay in the accommodation. Mariya Art Living Apartments offers you a dog bed but please do not forget to bring your dog's blanket or pillow and towel.
During the stay, the apartment is cleaned daily, the bed linen is changed every fourth day, and the towels are changed every third day.
For accommodation guests, upon request, a parking space can be provided inside the property, otherwise, there is always a free space in the parking lot parallel to the property.

Bookings
- The minimum stay is four nights.
- Upon the arrival of guests, whose pet is staying in the accommodation, a guaranteed deposit of 100€ is required in case of compensation for any damage caused by the pet. The deposit will be returned to the guests if the pet has not caused any damage after their stay in the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
