Nea Skioni House is located 260m from the beach, in the seaside village of Nea Skioni, which stretches along the sandy coast, on the southern part of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki, and is characterized by lush vegetation, so this place is the perfect choice for those who feel the need to tranquility, relaxation and privacy.
Intended for a maximum of six adults, this two-bedroom apartment is a maisonette on two levels, on the lower level, which is located on the high ground floor, has a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen, while on the upper level, at the level of the first floor, has a bathroom and another bedroom, both with with the accordion door. The bedrooms each have a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a sea view from a distance, on the furnished balcony.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
During the stay, guests clean the accommodation unit themselves, towels are changed every third day, and bed linen is changed every fifth day.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
