The four-bed apartments are located on the ground floor and are intended for a maximum of two adults and two children. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa suitable for two children.

The five-bed apartments are maisonettes, arranged on two levels, and can accommodate a maximum of three adults and two children. On the lower level, corresponding to the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while the upper level, corresponding to the second floor, features a bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two people and a sofa for one person.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two cooking hobs, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Depending on the floor where the accommodation unit is located, guests have access to either a balcony or a veranda, both furnished with outdoor seating, ideal for relaxation. Guests can also enjoy a nicely arranged and well-maintained yard.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
