Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Surrounded by pine-covered hills, overlooking the azure waters of the Aegean Sea, built of stone whose color, along with the green and blue hues of the surrounding landscape, enriched with the aromas of meadow herbs, offer visitors a peaceful retreat and escape from demanding everyday life. The nearest beach from this accommodation is 5.5 km away.

Structured as an apartment with three bedrooms, Kallysto Villa is designed to accommodate up to six adults and one child up to 12 years old. This ground-floor villa comprises a large living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms located five steps above the level of the rest of the villa. All bedrooms have double beds, while one of them additionally, on a gallery accessed by stairs, has a single bed.
Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen smart TV, two bathrooms equipped with toiletries and cosmetics, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates, and a large oven, large fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and for an additional fee of 30€ per reservation.
Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
