Kappa Resort is a luxurious complex located in Paliouri, on the eastern side of Kassandra, in Halkidiki, 230m from the sandy beach. It is an excellent choice for those seeking modern and elegantly furnished accommodation with a private or shared pool and spacious landscaped garden.
This accommodation complex consists of apartments and villas, with stays available on a bed and breakfast or half board basis. The accommodation units offered can accommodate from two to eight people. The units offer views of the sea, pool, and garden, and are distributed in the basement, ground floor, first and/or second floor.
Accommodation units for two people feature a double bed, for three people - a double bed and a sofa bed, for four people - a double bed and two single beds, for six people - three double beds, and for eight people - four double beds.
Upon request, at no additional cost, a baby cot and high chair are available.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, hairdryer, safe, mosquito nets, room service, iron and ironing board, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two or four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The bathrooms feature a bathtub, shower cabin and/or shower tray with or without a bathtub with a glass partition and toiletries.
Guests can spend warm summer days, depending on the floor level, with a panoramic view of the sea and pool, on the balcony or terrace equipped with seating sets, sun loungers, and umbrellas around the pool.
The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day. There is a beautifully decorated lobby with a bar and restaurant. Meals inspired by Mediterranean cuisine are served in the restaurant (buffet-style breakfast and dinner - self-service). Guests have access to sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach included in the price. With an optional surcharge, guests can enjoy spa treatments, fitness/yoga instructor services, laundry and ironing, airport transfers, car rental, electric bike rental, boat rental, diving, fishing, and water sports.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, except in Villa Ariadne.
Daily cleaning and towel replacement are provided, while bed linen is changed every three days.
Guests of the accommodation have a parking space provided, and there is also an electric car charging station available.

The prices are indicative, a specific offer is available only upon request.
A damage deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. The amount will be charged in cash. The deposit should be refunded upon check-out. After inspection of the accommodation, your deposit will be fully refunded in cash.
The minimal stay is two nights.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 8 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
