A damage deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. The amount will be charged in cash. The deposit should be refunded upon check-out. After inspection of the accommodation, your deposit will be fully refunded in cash.
The minimal stay is two nights.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 8 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Kappa Resort is located in the peaceful area of Paliouri, on the southeastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, offering the perfect blend of luxury, nature, and privacy. This accommodation complex consists of apartments and villas, and stays are offered on a bed-and-breakfast or half-board basis. The accommodation units are designed for 2 to 8 people and offer sea, pool, or courtyard views. They are located on the ground, first, or second floor.
Two-person units have a double bed, three-person units have a double bed and a sofa, four-person units have a double bed and two single beds, six-person units have three double beds, and eight-person units have four double beds.
A cot and high chair are available upon request at no additional charge.
All units are air-conditioned and offer free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a hairdryer, a safe, mosquito nets, room service, an iron and ironing board, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner ceramic hob, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Bathrooms feature a bathtub, shower cabin, or a shower with a glass screen and toiletries.
Depending on the floor, with panoramic sea and pool views, guests can spend their time on a furnished balcony or veranda and sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool.
The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day. There is also a beautifully decorated lobby with a bar and restaurant. The restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine (breakfast and dinner are buffet-style). Guests have free access to sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. For an additional fee, guests can enjoy spa treatments, fitness/yoga classes, laundry and ironing services, airport transfers, car rental, electric bike rental, boat rental, diving, fishing, and water sports.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, except in the Villa Ariande.
Cleaning and towel changes are done daily, while bed linen is changed every three days.
Parking is provided for guests, and there is also an electric vehicle charging station.
