Paliouri Villas is situated in a serene part of Paliouri, on the southeastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, 2.5 km away from the most beautiful sandy beach. The spacious and tastefully decorated accommodation provides everything you need for a comfortable holiday, combining comfort and a pleasant ambiance.

The accommodation unit, structured as a maisonette on three levels, has an entrance on the first-floor level and can accommodate up to seven adults. The ground floor includes a living room and a toilet. The first-floor level comprises a living room, a kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom. On the second floor, the third level, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The living room also features a single sofa and a sofa for two.

The air-conditioned accommodation includes a smart TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

From the veranda and balcony, furnished with seating and loungers, guests can enjoy a view of the garden.

Pets are not allowed in this property.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment during their stay. Upon request and for an additional fee, a cleaning service is available.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
