The sea view can be enjoyed even from inside the apartment, which is just a few steps from the water. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping straight onto the beach makes staying here truly special and unforgettable. Paliouri is a small and peaceful place, ideal for those seeking a break away from crowds and daily hustle. Surrounded by greenery and natural beauty, On The Beach Apartment is a perfect choice for a relaxing stay in a simple yet pleasant setting.

The apartment offered is located on the ground floor, practically on the beach itself. It is suitable for up to six adults. It consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom, while the kitchen is located outside, on the veranda. The sleeping arrangements include two double beds and a bunk bed.

This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with free TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a kitchenette located on the veranda. It features a stove with two burners and a small oven, a large fridge with freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Guests can relax on the private veranda, which is furnished with a seating set and located practically on the beach. A sun umbrella and sunbeds are available, as well as a private barbecue, allowing guests to enjoy meals right by the sea.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon prior arrangement and at no extra charge.

Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day. Additional cleaning is available at an extra charge, as well as laundry service.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
