- Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
- Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
- Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 8€ per night.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Aristotle Villas is located near Paliouri, in a quiet area surrounded by nature, far from everyday noise and crowds. This secluded environment makes it an ideal choice for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The accommodation is modernly equipped, with contemporary details that create a pleasant atmosphere. Its spacious layout ensures comfort and plenty of room for an enjoyable stay. The villas feature a private pool that offers a beautiful view of the sea in the distance, and next to the pool there are comfortable sunbeds, perfect for sunbathing and relaxation. The nearest beach is approximately 1800 meters from the property, and the entire area is known for its beautiful beaches, crystal-clear waters, and soft sand. Paliouri is also known for its traditional architecture and authentic Greek charm – well-preserved stone houses, narrow cobbled streets, and a peaceful atmosphere that evokes the spirit of past times. A walk through this picturesque village feels like a journey through time, enriching the overall experience of staying in this unique region.
The two-bedroom apartments, structured as maisonettes, are spread over two levels and can accommodate up to four adults and two children. On the lower level, at ground floor level, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the upper level, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms and another bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other has two single beds placed together. In the living room, there is a sofa that can accommodate two people.
Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, equipped with an AC unit in every room, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
On the ground floor, there is a veranda, and on the first floor, a balcony accessible from both bedrooms. Both are equipped with outdoor seating areas where guests can relax and enjoy.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation upon prior agreement with the owner. Guests arriving with pets are required to pay a security deposit, which is refunded at check-out if the accommodation is returned in the same condition it was received.
Guests check into a clean unit and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, while towel and linen change is not provided and is carried out only at the end of the stay. A cleaning service is also available at an additional charge.
Two parking spaces are provided directly in front of the accommodation.
