Owners description
The house is located in a complex of 4 maisonettes in Portaria Beach, Halkidiki, in a quiet neighborhood and it is ideal for a quiet vacation with children. It can accommodate up to 6 people because the sofa in the living room becomes a bed.
It is only 200m from the sea where there is an organized beach bar. The house is a maisonette with two levels. The lower floor has a living room, kitchen and bathroom. With an internal staircase you go up to the second floor where there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, closet and office and the other bedroom has twin beds and a closet. There are balconies on all sides of the house, upstairs and downstairs. The house has Internet and smart TV. There is air conditioning only in the living room because the house is bright and very cool. The house has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, french coffee machine, hair dryer, washing machine, iron. It is fully equipped. There is also an escape relay for more protection.At 250m on there is a bridge from where Dionysiou Beach starts and there are fish taverns, beach bars, pizzerias, cafes, pubs, groceries, bakeries, patisserie and supermarket. There is also a playground for children and colliding cars. The house is located 2.5km outside Nea Moudania. Nea Moudania is a town where you can find cafes, bars, restaurants, clothing and footwear stores, beauty salons, Jumbo and large supermarket (Lidl, Galaxias, Sklavenitis and Masoutis). There is also a health center in the area. At 7 minutes by car you can visit Nea Plagia and Flogita for evening walks and baths. Macedonia Thessaloniki Airport and Cosmos shopping center are 50km from Portaria beach (35 minutes).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
