Owner description
Melissanthi Hotel is located in Paralia Dionisiou, a small town at the beginning of the Kassandra peninsula which offers all the amenities necessary for a peaceful family vacation, just 210m from the beach and 350m from the central square.
The accommodation was completely renovated in 2013 with the aim of providing a high level of comfort and quality. It consists of 18 accommodation units that can accommodate from two to four people, located on the first or second floor of the building equipped with an elevator. Studios with balconies can accommodate two or three people and include a double bed or two single beds combined with an additional single bed. There are also studios without balconies for two adults and two children, equipped with two single beds and a double bed.
A child's cot can be provided upon request at no extra cost.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi internet, TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, a safety deposit box, mosquito nets, a kitchenette equipped with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two ceramic hobs, and basic utensils. The bathroom features a shower cabin.
Studios with balconies offer views of the courtyard and the street.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units and towel changes are done daily, while bed linen is changed every three days.
Guests can park in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding streets.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 100% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
