Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Chora Luxury Suites is located in the peaceful village of Paralia Dionisiou, just 450 meters from a beautiful sandy beach, ideal for relaxation and long summer days. This modern complex exudes elegance and harmoniously combines contemporary design with the warmth of the Mediterranean ambiance. Surrounded by well-maintained greenery and a landscaped yard, it offers a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a holiday away from the city crowds.
The complex consists of four carefully designed accommodation units that combine comfort, style, and functionality. There is one studio and three apartments, tailored to meet different guest needs, whether visiting with family or friends.
The ground-floor studio provides accessibility for people with disabilities and warmly welcomes pets. It is intended for up to two adults and two children. It includes a sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa, as well as a kitchen and bathroom.
Two of the apartments are duplexes spread over two levels and accommodate up to four adults. On the first level (ground floor), there is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. On the second level (attic), there is one bedroom and an additional bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people.
The third apartment is also a duplex on two levels, suitable for up to six adults. On the first level (first floor), there is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. On the second level (attic), there is one bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom contains a double bed, and the living room has two sofas for two people each.
Upon request, a baby crib is available free of charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation features air conditioning units in the living rooms and bedrooms of the apartments. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV in the living room and bedroom, a security safe, hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with two glass-ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave oven available in two apartments, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
On the verandas and balcony, equipped with seating sets, guests can relax and enjoy views of the sea or the beautifully landscaped yard.
With prior arrangement, small pets are allowed in the studio at no extra cost.
Accommodation cleaning, as well as bed linen and towel changes, are performed daily or by arrangement with guests.
The complex also includes a washing machine and dryer that guests can use free of charge.
Parking is provided right next to the complex, on the street, in a designated area exclusively for guests.
Chora Luxury Suites is located about 3.5 kilometers from the nearby towns of Nea Moudania and Flogita, while the nearest airport, Thessaloniki Macedonia Airport, is 51 km away.
