Our description
Villa Erofili is located only 70m from the beach in Pefkohori and offers a total of eight spacious and clean apartments (40m2), one of which is a duplex. The center and promenade are nearby, so evening facilities are easily accessible.
The center is about 100m away, while the nearest supermarket, bakery and restaurant are at just 50m (supermarket Masoutis is about 100m away).
The apartments are air-conditioned, have a kitchen with a mini-stove with oven, large refrigerator with a freezer, electric kettle and necessary utensils, internet and a TV. The bathrooms are new, with an enclosed shower area and a curtain. Only a duplex apartment has a washing machine, and if someone needs a hairdryer, please ask the friendly owners.
The guests themselves maintain the hygiene in the apartment, while towels and bed linen are replaced every 4-5 days.
In the small courtyard, there's a shower and hose.
Private parking is not provided, so you can park nearby (the area can be crowded in the high season, so be prepared for that).
The accommodation is in very good condition, exuding comfort and cleanliness, and it can be a great choice for those who prioritize these things on vacation.

Erofili Villa is located in the center of Pefkohori in Halkidiki, at about 200m from the Blue Flag awarded beach.
There are seven quadruple apartments (40m2), with two separate rooms, large balcony, air conditioning, TV, fully equipped kitchen, free internet access (WiFi), clean towels, bed linen and hot water. The nearest bakery is 40m away, the supermarket and the village center are at 100m, while the nearest restaurants are located within a 3-minute walk.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj komforan, cist, kuhinja potpuno opremljena posudjem i uredjaima. Fen za kosu. Mirna lokacija, Blizina plaze, centra, marketa i svega sto moze da vam zatreba. Domacini vrlo ljubazni.

Postovana, Da li imatemesta u apartmanu sa dve odvojene spavace sobe u periodu od 9.9.do 17.9.(8 noci ukupno) i mozete li ce u da mi kazete , jer ovde stoji da u tim nekim vansezonskim periodima ima popust od 10%? Hvala ... I gde se mozemo parkirati?
