Description
Mateo Apartment is the accommodation for a maximum of six people in Pefkohori, only 50m from the center and 80m from the beach.
The bedroom has a large double bed and two bunk beds, and the living room has two sofa beds and an armchair. The kitchen is fully equipped and amenities include a TV, internet, A/C.
Guests maintain the hygiene of the unit during their stay. Bed linen is changed after 5 days. Towels are not provided.

Adult is a person older than 12 years.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
