The apartment (52m2) is a maisonette type, spread across the ground floor and the first floor(you climb one step to the entrance of the accommodation unit). It consists of a living room/kitchen on the lower level, where a sofa bed is located, which can be separated into two single beds. The upper level houses a bedroom with a double bed.
In this accommodation, guests have access to a fenced veranda on the ground floor with a sea view and garden and street view, air conditioning in the bedroom, a room thermostat for temperature control in the entire unit, TV, WiFi, hairdryer, mosquito nets, iron, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners, a large oven, and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a shower cabin.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, for which all necessary supplies are provided.
The property also includes a small, nicely landscaped, shared courtyard.
There is no private parking available, but guests can park their vehicles in nearby streets.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
