Seafront Apartment Pefkochori (60m2) is the beachfront residence on the second floor, ideal for a family or a group of friends. It’s located in the center of Pefkohori, with a bar, supermarket and a cafe at 100m.
It has two rooms, with one double i.e. three single beds, air condiotion, a washing machine, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, screens in all rooms, chairs and umbrellas for the beach and a large, airy and sunny balcony.
We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing accommodation properties, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are complete and error-free.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 28 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
