Owners description
Ananda Homes is located in Pefkohori. This accommodation has direct access to the beach and offers two apartments.
Both apartments have two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room, bathroom and toilet. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second room has two single beds, and in the living room there is a sofa intended for one person. There is a fan in each bedroom, while the rest rooms have an A/C.
Each suite offers all you need:
refrigerator, electric stove with a big oven and electric ranges, microwave oven, pots and pans, lunch and dinner plates, coffee mugs, kitchen utensils (knifes, forks etc.), dish washer, toaster, multi mixer, coffee maker, nespresso capsules, espresso coffee machine.
Fresh food from local shops, many supermarkets, along with a big variety of local shops are located 2km away. Fish markets where you can buy daily fresh fish and seafood. Meat markets and groceries are open all day and every day for you.
Pets up to 7 kg are allowed, upon prior request.
Parking is located within the accommodation and is guaranteed.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobar dan, interesuje me cena za dvoje odraslih i jedno dete od 2 godine. Tacnije ima li na ovu cenu 15% popusta. Period letovanja je 30 avgust do 8. septembra. Hvala

Dobar dan. Da li je smeštaj slobodan od 21.07-3.08. Termin je striktan jer su nam tad odmori, noćili bi 13 dana i da li ima parking za dva auta da stanu? Koliko je udaljena plaža od smeštaja?
