On the Sea Luxury Home is located in the most popular and historically rich tourist destination, Pefkohori, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, 350m from the beach. It is 1km away from the town center.
This ground floor apartment, with a capacity for up to four people, consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed measuring 160x200, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. In the living room, there is a sofa for two people.
A baby cot is available upon request for an additional fee.
The apartment is air-conditioned and includes a smart flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a microwave oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle.
Guests can enjoy warm summer days overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard on the veranda with garden furniture.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and for an additional fee.
Cleaning of the accommodation units and changing of bed linen and towels is done once a week for stays longer than seven days. Upon request and for an additional fee, it is possible to arrange a cleaning service and more frequent changing of bed linen and towels.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
