Zoi House is located in the most popular place with the longest history in tourism, Pefkochori, on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in the first row and only 20m away from the sea, while the beach is 90m away.

According to its structure, Zoi House is a three-level maisonette that can accommodate eight adults and two children up to 12 years old. On the lower level of the villa, which is on the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, and toilet, on the second level, which is on the level of the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the third level, in the attic, there are two more bedrooms and bathroom with washing machine. Two bedrooms have a sofa for two people, one bedroom has a double bed, and one bedroom has two beds for one person, while in the living room, there are two sofas for one person that do not fold out and can sleep children up to 12 years.

Within this air-conditioned accommodation, which has two independent cooling units in the hall of the first floor and the attic, guests have on their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, toilet, two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the sea and the yard, on the furnished veranda, or one of the two furnished balconies.

Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as enough space for relaxation and peace in the yard.

The cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are provided every seventh day, is done by the guests themselves. The apartment cleaning service is also available to guests, with an additional charge of 40€ per service.

Two parking spaces are provided for accommodation guests.

Zoi House is located 5.5 km from the popular Hanioti resort, 9 km from Polichrono, and 96 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.
