Marcel Villa is situated in the most popular and historically rich tourist destination, Pefkochori, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, at a distance of 400m from the sea, 2.2km from the local beach, and 1.4km from the center of the village.
In its structure, this villa is a three-level maisonette that can accommodate a maximum of seven adults and one child. On the lower level of the villa, which is at the basement level, there is a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. On the second level, which is at the ground floor level, there is a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The third level, which is at the first-floor level, includes two bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom.
One bedroom has a single sofa bed, three bedrooms have a double bed, and in the living room, there is an additional sofa bed for one person.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, which has central air conditioning throughout the property, guests have access to free WiFi, flat-screen TV with Netflix streaming platform in both the living room and each bedroom, a hairdryer, a washing machine, three bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer on the ground floor, a standard refrigerator with a freezer chamber in the basement, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
