Andriana Villa is located in the most popular and historically significant tourist destination, Pefkochori, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, at a distance of 400m from the sea, 2.2km from the local beach, and 1.4km from the village center.
Structured as a three-level maisonette, this villa can accommodate a maximum of nine adults. The lower level of the villa, at the basement level, has a living room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. On the second level, at the ground floor level, there is a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The third level, at the first-floor level, consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a single sofa, while the remaining four bedrooms have double beds.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
This air-conditioned accommodation, with independent cooling units in each living room and bedroom, offers guests free WiFi, flat-screen TVs with Netflix streaming in both the living room and each bedroom, a hairdryer, washing machine, three bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a big refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and toaster.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
