Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Andriana Villa is the perfect choice for families and groups seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay on the eastern coast of the Kassandra Peninsula. Located in Pefkohori, one of the most popular resorts with a rich tourist tradition, the villa is just 400m from the sea, 2.2km from the town beach, and 1.4km from the town center, making it an ideal place to relax and explore local attractions.
This villa is a three-level maisonette, designed to accommodate up to nine adults. On the lower level, which is at the basement level, there is a living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. On the second level, which is at the ground level, there is another living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The third level, on the first floor, includes two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a sofa bed for one person, while the remaining four bedrooms are furnished with French beds.
A baby crib is available upon request, free of charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers a separate air conditioning unit in both the living rooms and bedrooms. Guests have access to free WiFi, a TV with Netflix streaming in both the living room and every bedroom, a hairdryer, a washing machine, three bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
