Owners description
Leisure Nest Villa is located in Pefkohori, on the eastern coast of Kassandra, 700m from the famous Glarokavos beach and 2.3km from the center of Pefkohori with a large number of dining and shopping options.
This accommodation is a three-level maisonette structure designed to accommodate up to ten people. On the first level, at ground level, there is a living room with a sofa for two people, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom. On the second level, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. On the third level, on the second floor, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and two united single beds, as well as a bathroom. For the 2024 season, a fifth bedroom and a fourth bathroom were added due to the renovation.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot and a high chair can be added.
Guests have at their disposal independent air conditioning units in all bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a flat ceramic hob with four rings, a large oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker. One of the three bathrooms has a hydromassage tub.
On hot summer days, guests can spend their time on the veranda equipped with seating furniture or on one of the balconies with a sea view from distance.
Within the fenced yard, guests have access to a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a gazebo and a barbecue.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, as well as for changing bed linen and towels, an additional set of which is available to them. In agreement with the owners, a cleaning service can be organized during the stay for an additional fee.
Private parking is available for guests in front of the property.
Thessaloniki Airport is 98km away, while the neighboring Hanioti is 7km away and Polichrono is 11km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
