Dimosthenis Apartments are located in the second row to the sea, 70m from the beach, in the center of Nea Peramos.

It’s a big facility with four apartments for rent, on the second floor. Two apartments are duplex, while the other two are for families.

Duplex apartments - 2 Bedroom Apartments (60m2) consist of three rooms - two bedrooms and a living room. In the living room, there’s a fairly large and fully equipped kitchen (oven, large fridge with freezer), dining table, sofa bed for two children. First bedroom has two single beds, while the other has a double bed and the possibility to add one extra. Extra bed can be also added in the living room, so this apartment can accommodate 4-6 people. Duplex apartments have a terrace with a sea view.

Family apartments - 3 Bed Apartment (3+1) - are slightly smaller (50m2) and consist of two rooms, a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two children. The kitchen is within the living room. Since the family apartments are also very spacious, auxiliary beds can be added.

All apartments have air conditioning, TV, balcony, bathroom, kitchen, wireless internet, hair dryer, mosquito nets and a baby cot that can be obtained by requesting it in advance. The frequency of changing bed linen and towels (typically after four nights), as well as cleaning, which is only possible for reservations longer than eight nights, can be agreed with the owner on the spot.

Private parking is not available, so vehicles can be parked directly in front of the villa, next to the street.

The apartments are not the part of a tourist villa, but a residential building. They are very comfortable bright and on a great location, so if you want to feel at home during your holiday, Dimosthenis Apartments can be a great choice.

I am satisfied with the accommodation; it is quite spacious, features a large terrace, and is conveniently located near the city beach and gyros place. I commend the kindness of the owner.

A courteous host, whom you only see upon your arrival at the apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay of about ten days. It is tidy. The location is excellent.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
