One of the most popular accommodations for Nea PeramosDimosthenis Apartments are located in the second row to the sea, 70m from the beach, in the center of Nea Peramos.
It's a big facility with four apartments for rent, on the first or second floor. Two apartments are duplex, while the other two are for families.
Duplex apartments consist of three rooms, two bedrooms and a living room. In the living room, there's a fairly large and fully equipped kitchen (oven, large fridge with freezer), dining table, sofa bed for two children. First bedroom has two single beds, while the other has a double bed and the possibility to add one extra. Extra bed can be also added in the living room, so this apartment can accommodate 4-6 people. Duplex apartments have a terrace with a sea view.
Family apartments are slightly smaller (50m2) and consist of two rooms, a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two children. The kitchen is within the living room. Since the family apartments are also very spacious, auxiliary beds can be added.
All apartments have air conditioning, TV, balcony, bathroom, kitchen, wireless internet, hair dryer, mosquito nets and a baby cot that can be obtained by requesting it in advance. The frequency of replacing bed linen and towels (usually after four nights) , as well as cleaning and laundry service can be arranged on the spot with the owner.
Private parking is not available, so vehicles can be parked directly in front of the villa, next to the street.
The apartments are equipped with new furniture, they are not part of a tourist villa, but a residential building. They are very comfortable bright and on a great location, so if you want to feel at home during your holiday, Dimosthenis Apartments can be a great choice.

No4 Dimosthenis small apartment, 40m2, (N40 50 342’ E24 18 280’) (in the city center, 50m from the sea) view to the garden, οn second floor, one bedroom (one double bed), kitchen/living room (one couch and one folding bed), fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishes, pots, coffee pot and cutlery, hairdryer), A/C, led TV, Free WiFi.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Molim vas, da li duplex apartman ima dve spavaće sobe, svaka sa izlaskom na terasu? Ako ne, da li obe sobe imaju svoje standard prozore, da li su obe spavaće sobe osvetljene. Mi smo četvoro, dva bračna para, ja sa suprugom i moja sestra sa svojim suprugom, svi izmedju 57-60 god. kolika je cena za 10 noćenja, ako je slobodno u terminu, stigli bi 08.08 oko 16h i izašli iz apartmana 17.08 oko 9h ujutru. Da li je to 9 noćenja ili 10 noćenja... hvala najlepše.
