Accommodation Dimosthenis Apartments is located in the second row from the sea, about 70 meters away from the beach, in the heart of Nea Peramos.
This property consists of a total of four apartments available for rent, all situated on the second floor. Two of the apartments feature two separate bedrooms, while the other two have only one separate bedroom.
The apartments with two separate bedrooms (60 m2) are comprised of three rooms - two bedrooms and a living room. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen (stove, large fridge with freezer), a dining table, and a sofa bed for two children. The first bedroom has two single beds, while the second one has a double bed and the possibility of adding an extra bed. An additional bed can also be placed in the living room, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to six people. Duplex apartments come with a terrace offering a partial sea view.
The 3 Bed Apartment (3+1) is slightly smaller (50 m2) and consists of two rooms, a bedroom, and a living room. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two children. The kitchen is integrated into the living room. These family apartments are very spacious and can accommodate an extra bed. They provide views of the surroundings, with a note that the neighboring building has a dovecote.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV, terrace, bathroom, kitchen, wireless internet, hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a baby cot that needs to be reserved in advance. Guests can arrange on-site the frequency of changing bed linens and towels (usually after five nights), as well as cleaning, which is available only for reservations longer than eight nights.
There is no private parking available, but vehicles can be parked right in front of the building, next to the street, although space is not always guaranteed.
The apartments are not part of a tourist resort, but a residential building. They are very comfortable and bright, located in an excellent location, so if you wish to feel at home during your summer vacation, Dimosthenis Apartments can be an excellent choice.

A spacious apartment featuring a separate bedroom, equipped with all necessary amenities. It is located very close to the city center. The location listed on the website is inaccurate; the correct address is Meg. Alexandrou 45.
