Description
On the east coast of the first finger of Halkidiki, a little more than 700 km from Belgrade, there is Tamara Luxury Villa in Pefkohori - a place with the longest tradition in tourism on Kassandra. The accommodation is 700m from the nearest beach, and a little more than 1km from the main street with a large number of shops, bakeries and restaurants.
The closest grocery store and butcher shop are at 700m, while the bakery is at 1km.
This accommodation unit, by its structure, is a three-level maisonette and is intended for a maximum of 12 people. On the first level, in the basement, there are two bedrooms, one with two connected single beds, and the other with two double sofa beds, as well as a bathroom. On the second level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and dining area, as well as a toilet, and on the third level, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. During warm summer days, guests can spend time on the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating furniture and offering a sea view.
Within this air-conditioned maisonette, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a ceramic hob with four burners, a large oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms have a shower cabin. A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price. Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement with the owners and at an additional cost.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay.
In the enclosed and well-maintained yard, guests have the opportunity to prepare barbecues with family and friends in the gazebo. The yard is immaculately maintained and represents a true oasis for mind and body relaxation.
In front of the accommodation, there is a covered parking space for two cars.
Coming from Thessaloniki, 450m after passing the Flegra Palace hotel, turn sharply right, and then left uphill about 100m to the first right turn. Turn there, and continue following the road to the last row of villas at the very top of the hill. The first house on the left side is precisely Tamara Luxury Villa.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
