Owners description
On the eastern coast of the first finger of Halkidiki, a little over 700km from Belgrade, lies Tamara Luxury Villa in Pefkohori - a place with the longest tradition in tourism on Kassandra. The accommodation is 700m away from the nearest beach, and a little over 1km from the main street with a large number of shops, bakeries and restaurants.
Within this three-level maisonette, designed to accommodate up to 12 people, on the first level, in the basement, there are two bedrooms with united two single beds and two sofas for two people, on the second level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and dining area, as well as a toilet, and on the third level, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.
A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price.
Within this air-conditioned maisonette, guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a cooktop with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee maker.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating furniture and offering sea views.
In the enclosed and well-maintained yard, guests have the opportunity to prepare barbecues with family and friends in the gazebo.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement with the owners and at an additional cost.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
