Situated on the east coast of the Kassandra Peninsula, this cozy apartment is just 100 meters from the beach, offering the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

The apartment is located on the elevated ground floor and features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, as well as a kitchenette area with two additional single beds. It is ideal for accommodating up to four adults. For families with young children, a baby cot is available upon request, included in the price.

Free Wi-Fi internet and TV are available to guests, and they can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner electric stove, air fryer, large refrigerator with freezer, and a kettle. The air-conditioned apartment provides a cool and comfortable environment, with the cooling unit conveniently placed in the kitchen area.

Relax and enjoy the serene mornings and evenings on the furnished terrace, overlooking the lovely courtyard. Please note that guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment during their stay, as well as for changing the provided bed linens and towels.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
