The five best nights of this summer. The accommodation is excellent, spacious enough for two people, the bathroom may be a bit small, but you have two terraces (one at the entrance and one at the end of the apartment) to compensate for that. Do not expect luxury; it will be perfect for those who do not spend much time in the accommodation. The host is friendly, speaks several languages, gifted us with cherry jam, and provided a few tips regarding the island. He disposes of the trash daily and regularly changes towels and bed linens. For the price, the accommodation is outstanding, and it is definitely the most beautiful beach we visited on the island. It takes about 5 minutes downhill to reach the beach via a private path, and around 10 minutes to climb back up. We definitely recommend it.

The accommodation is situated in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on Thassos. The host, Nikos, is kind and pleasant. The accommodation features a lovely terrace with a view of the sea. However, regarding the accommodation itself, it is somewhat debatable; I believe that Nikos has not invested anything in it since he built it back in the 90s. The cutlery, glasses, and everything else seem to come from a grandmother's cupboard, and the bed is so uncomfortable that we woke up in pain every morning. As for the noises it makes when moving, I wouldn't even comment on that. The greatest advantage is its location, so one can somehow endure all the rest.

The apartment owner is quite agreeable - a non-intrusive person, available when needed, yet not overwhelming with excessive politeness or unnecessary information. The apartment's location is excellent for those who enjoy Paradise Beach; personally, I am not particularly impressed by it... It is very pleasant for sleeping as it is practically situated in a forest. If you wish to take an evening stroll, you must "get in the car" and drive at least to Skala Potamija, which isn’t exactly a promenade, as is the case in most places on Thassos. Within the apartment, there is a nice yard with a well-covered table and chairs, along with a sufficiently large television, which is quite convenient for watching sports events... The biggest complaint is the apartment's furnishings. We stayed in studio 1, and I can say that the furniture is 30-40 years old. Such a level of furnishing might have been a standard back then, but it is unacceptable that it has rusted, the beds are indeed in poor condition, the fridge (which is small and old) is missing its doors, and so on.... The terrace has plastic chairs, but it is very nicely designed as it is not the "standard Greek variant"; you genuinely have a sufficient sense of privacy... The price/quality ratio is not bad, but it is not phenomenal either. All in all, a relatively small investment is needed for the apartment to truly look significantly better...

Everything mentioned above is indeed true. It is tidy and clean, and the owner was constantly available for anything you might need. He is unobtrusive; you hardly notice his presence. Parking is secured, the yard is beautifully maintained and clean, as is the apartment where we stayed.

The maintenance of hygiene deserves commendation. The bed linens are changed every three days, and the apartment is cleaned daily. The air conditioning is included in the price and worked excellently, as did the internet. The only downside I would like to emphasize is that the path to the beach is 350 meters long, but there is a significant elevation difference. The beach is beautiful. Waves are present almost daily, and sometimes they are so large that swimming becomes impossible. The beach is sandy, and despite the waves, the water is crystal clear, with a lovely turquoise hue. Here, you can enjoy peace and quiet. If you wish to take a stroll, there is no promenade by the beach. It is quite wild, which means you have to drive to a larger place. I expected at least a sidewalk along the road. It is pleasant to walk beside the forest, but it is impossible without a sidewalk, and it is quite risky to walk along a road where cars drive too fast. Greece is rather careless in this regard. I should mention that there is another road leading to the beach. You can reach it by car, but the dust is dreadful, as are the potholes on the road.

The beach is close, but with a small child, we carry all possible supplies, so we still use the car. There’s no need to elaborate on the beach; for kids, it’s paradise on earth. The nearest market is 2 km away, offering pastries and everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The owner is kind, and the courtyard is beautiful. There’s no heat or concrete radiating from neighboring buildings, as everything around is green, and the temperature remains very pleasant even during the hottest part of the day. At night, countless stars can be seen from the terrace. Mosquitoes are moderate; we used a repellent in the room and a spiral on the terrace, and we had no issues. I recommend this place to anyone seeking the best beach and a peaceful retreat.

We were accommodated in studio number 5 with a view of the sea. The triple studio was quite satisfactory for us with a child. The peace and quiet are the greatest advantages of this accommodation. At night, you can hear the waves from the paradise beach, and in the morning, you wake up to the most beautiful sunrise. The bedding and towels were changed every three days. The only complaint we had was the marital bed, which creaks unnaturally. We did not check whether it was the slats or something else.

During our stay at Agatha studio from September 8 to September 12, 2019, we found our host to be quiet and unobtrusive, with a fondness for humor and a great deal of attentiveness. On the first day, upon our arrival, he welcomed us, and after we remarked that the small church in the complex, dedicated to Saint Nicholas, shares the name of our saint, which is also our patron saint's day, we returned from the beach that evening to find an icon of Saint Nicholas placed on my pillow as a gift from Niko. Perhaps this was a response to our own gift, as we traditionally present each of our hosts with a bottle of wine from our region - Rubin wine. The next day, we visited Marble and Vathi beaches, and spent the evening in Limenas (since we were almost there). When we returned quite late, Niko told us the next day that he had almost called the police out of concern for us, thinking that something might be wrong with our car or something similar. Each studio has a separate entrance, providing maximum privacy, and there are no neighbors on the terraces; everything is individual, which we particularly appreciated. Hygiene is at a commendable level, the bathroom is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, as are the pillows. Overall, we had an extraordinary experience. In our studio No. 7, we even had two terraces, one larger with a view of the courtyard and garden, and a smaller one with a view of the sea. Both are usable and excellently positioned. The kitchenette was small - like a tea kitchen - and somewhat inconveniently located, so that when opening the door, you inevitably bump into the back of whoever is cooking in the kitchen. This should not be considered a drawback, as it is a studio and not an apartment, making it impossible to fit everything ideally. The courtyard is spacious and clean, well-maintained, and the parking area is tidy, while the approach to the courtyard from the main road is paved and easily accessible. The path leading through the courtyard gate to Paradiso beach is wide, a well-trodden dirt path, taking about 3 minutes on foot to reach the beach, and on the way back, it takes about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace, without effort, as the return path is slightly steep, but absolutely nothing daunting or exhausting. We are very satisfied and will likely return to Agatha studio.

The property is designed so that all studios have terraces with a view of the sea. The yard is terraced, featuring tables and chairs, outdoor showers, and a stone barbecue, all of which guests can utilize. Parking is provided for cars within the complex. Besides this property, there is another of similar size (up to 10 apartments) nearby. And that’s all! No crowds, no noise, logically arranged and devoid of any additional amenities. However, since Paradise Beach is known as one of the most beautiful beaches on Thassos, tourists and local residents come from all parts of the island as early as morning. Nevertheless, since you have the advantage of being a "local", you can reach the beach in just a few minutes and claim the best spots among the first. The central area is free, with two beach bars on the left and right sides offering sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach rightfully carries the name "paradise"; the water is clear, the sand is fine but not overly sticky, and it extends more than 100 meters deep, always with waves, sometimes quite large. To the left is a small island that completes the idyllic picture. From the beach to the accommodation, there is a climb that may seem "daunting", but at a leisurely pace, it takes only eight minutes. You walk along a wide path with compacted earth, which is on the private property of the apartment owner.

We were there from July 16th to July 26th, and I can hardly wait to go back. Such tranquility and relaxation are truly invaluable! Thassos, with all its beauties, including Studio Aghata, is a true gem. Paradiso Beach is one of the most beautiful. The location and the view from the room overlooking the sea are perfect... I am most satisfied with my stay in Thassos. The surroundings, nature, and the scent of the sea create a perfect atmosphere for enjoying a vacation, making you feel reborn and rejuvenated... The studio itself is rather average, nothing special, but you get what you pay for... The beach at Paradiso Beach is flawless and deserves a solid five... The Greeks are relaxed and hospitable, which is the most important aspect... Oh, and I forgot to mention that the access to the beach from the Aghata studio is dreadful, and you have to walk, but you get used to it after a few days... All in all, Thassos is a place worth visiting, and no one will regret it.

Paradise Beach is just a six-minute walk from the apartment, taking eight minutes to return, and it is a bit uphill, so do bring some mint. Everything else is perfect. The place Kinira, near Agathi, boasts a fantastic beach and an unreal sea. The next destination is Skala Potamia and Panagia, where we savored exquisite lamb, all within seven to fourteen kilometers. Nikos is a very pleasant host, as previously mentioned. Every one of our requests was fulfilled. The Wi-Fi is excellent. The shorter route to the beach is acceptable for us, but for those who find it inconvenient, there are two alternative paths you can take by car. The distance to the shops is also not an issue if you have a car.

The hosts are exceptionally kind and unobtrusive. The apartment we stayed in is located on the ground floor with a side view of the sea. I believe it is apartment number 3. The house is situated on a sloped terrain, so both rooms in that apartment are, on one side, up to 1/3 below ground level. It is not a basement, but it is not a high ground floor either. When we arrived at the apartment, I was not pleased, but now, after the vacation, I can say that we did not have any objective issues regarding that. It should have been mentioned in the description. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and has three balconies. The children's beds are in the room where the kitchen is located. The double bed is in the second room, which is separated by a proper door that closes. The stove is a small one with two burners, without an oven. The beach is the best on Thassos (point). The descent to the beach is steep, but my younger child (4 years old) had no trouble walking down and climbing back up every day, twice. I mention this because I noticed that the guests who arrived after us were depressed about climbing up and down. We actually enjoyed it. It is about 200-300 meters, so you hardly notice when you arrive, but people are not the same. A truly beautiful place for a vacation. We had a phenomenal time, and the accommodation is excellent.

The last time I vacationed on Thassos was long ago, as a little girl with my parents. It remains in my memory as a wild nature, which is why, after so many years of vacationing in Sithonia, I returned this time with my family. In Agatha, we were welcomed by the kind owner, Nikos. All the information regarding the location, distance from the store, and places to go out that Mr. Nikos provided was absolutely accurate. Agatha is located right above Paradiso beach, the view is stunning, and the climate offers a combination of the sea and the shade of the forest, which guaranteed a good rest for my family. We didn't turn on the air conditioning even once, although we vacationed from the 18th to the 2nd of August. The apartment is clean, and the linens and towels are regularly changed. The host is friendly yet unobtrusive, especially towards children. The sea and the crickets lull you to sleep. It was not a problem for us to go shopping in nearby Kinira (3 km), or on our way back from other beaches. In the evenings, you can go out in Skala Potamia, Panagia, or if you're willing to travel about 20 km to Limenas or Potos. Sending greetings to the kind hosts, we hope to see you again next year!

An ideal location for a peaceful retreat and exploration of the island's most beautiful beaches. The only "noise" that can be heard is the sound of waves from Paradise beach. It is a 20-30 minute drive from Potos, about 15 minutes from the famous Panagia, renowned for its excellent lamb, and approximately 25 minutes from Limenas (Thassos). The accommodation is average in terms of comfort, yet it certainly includes everything necessary. The place is cleaned daily, and towels and bed linens are changed every 2-3 days. The host is very pleasant and kind. The beach (Paradise beach) is nearby, accessible on foot directly from the villa's yard via a dirt path (steep but manageable), and there is also the option to drive down to the beach. There is a hose in the yard, allowing you to wash your car at any moment, which is essential after visiting Saliara and Vathy Beach. The nearest store is approximately 2-3 km away, but shopping can certainly be done upon returning from exploring the surrounding beaches.
