Detached House is located in the most popular and historically rich tourist destination, Pefkohori, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, 650m from the beach. The accommodation is open throughout the year.

This ground floor house is designed to accommodate up to ten people, consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room with a kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms have one double bed each, while one bedroom has one folding sofa bed for two, and in the living room there are two folding sofa beds for two persons.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove, large oven, big fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster.

You can enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings overlooking the yard on the veranda equipped with seating furniture.

In the beautifully landscaped and maintained garden, you can enjoy preparing barbecue with family and friends, while children can play on the slide, seesaw, and swing.

Pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation upon request.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation units during their stay, as well as replacing the bed linen and towels provided. There is a mandatory cleaning service fee for all reservations.

Guests of the accommodation have access to a parking space within the private parking area.

The house is overpriced for what it offers. Roaches have appeared indoors; the sewer odor is strong, the furniture is very old, and the dishes in the kitchen are scratched.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
