Fillis House is luxuriously furnished accommodation on a good location in Vourvourou, tucked into a beautifully landscaped courtyard full of greenery. In addition to being near the beach, one more advantage of this accommodation is a swimming pool. It's a great choice for anyone who'd like to enjoy a new and modernly furnished accommodation on a quiet location.

From the first market and tavern the accommodation is about 1.5km away.

The accommodation consists of two buildings. In the offer are one apartment on the ground floor (building B), two deluxe suites, one on the first and one on the second floor (booth in the building B), two regular suites, also one on the first and one on the second floor (both in the building A), three family suites, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor (all three in the building A), two superior studios on the second floor (building A) and six regular studios, four on the first floor (building A) and two on the second floor (building B), as well as two independent stone houses.

Quadruple apartment on the ground floor has a double bed and a folding sofa for two. It can accommodate either three adults or two adults and two children.

Triple deluxe suites have a double bed and a sofa, so they can accommodate maximum two adults and one child.

Quadruple regular suites have a double and two single beds. They can accommodate maximum three adults or two adults and two children.

Quadruple family suites have a double and two joint single beds. They can accommodate maximum four adults or two adults and two children.

Triple superior studios have a double bed and a sofa, so they can accommodate maximum two adults and one child.

Double regular studios have a double bed, so they can accommodate maximum two adults. By adding a baby cot in studio can additionally stay one child up to two years old.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned, they have a TV, mosquito nets, internet, kitchen, bathroom with a shower cabin and balconies. All the kitchens are fully equipped (kettle, coffee machine, toaster) with small differencies. All studios have small refrigeratore with freezer compartment, while the apartments, suites, and stone houses have a large refrigerator with freezer. Family and regular suites have an electric stove and a dish washer, while all the others have only an induction hob, only apartment on the ground floor has a microwave too. Family suites also have a washing machine, while the other units can use the laundry service with an extra charge. Some terraces have awnings or parasols, and some terraces on the ground floor are transient, i.e. divided by the curtains. The accommodation units on the ground floor have slightly less daylight due to the position and size of the window. In some suites, there are a dishwasher and washing machine. Cleaning is done every day, as well as replacement of towels, while the replacement of bed linen is after three days.

The yard is nicely maintained, the lawn is ideal for playing, and there are sets for sitting and relaxing, barbecue and a swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols next to it. There's also a shower and a parking place for all guests.

After the supermarket, turn left off the main road to Vourvourou, and continue ahead until you reach the house on the right-hand side.

A special retreat of elegance and comfort, where man and nature coexist in harmony, in an environment of unrivalled natural beauty, just a breath away from the sea, and a few meters away from the extraordinary beaches of the area.

Fillis House is built in the heart of the settlement of Vourvourou, in a plot of 6000m2, 200m from the sea and 300m from the beach. Vourvourou, one of the most famous resorts, is located on the beautiful peninsula of Sithonia, and it is particularly famous for its unique natural beauty, the wonderful beaches with the clear, blue-green water, the hidden coves and the nine picturesque islands. Its location is ideal for visits and excursions in the rest of Halkidiki.

The first building, newly-constructed and luxurious, is developed at the highlight. Four double rooms and three great suites obey the laws of fine taste with luxurious, spacious bathrooms, queen beds with unique, special headboards and comfortable Coco-mat mattresses, autonomous Daikin air-conditioner, amazing sound-proofing, wooden floors on the second-floor rooms and surprising sophistication. Each room is different, comfortable, with special decoration, modern equipment, ambient lighting, and shows its uniqueness providing guests with the absolute, subtle luxury in a warm, friendly and family environment. White, black, grey and olive colours prevail in the space, giving a feeling of freedom, harmony, unlimited tranquillity and relaxation. The guests can choose between superior double rooms, junior suites and family suites.

Superior rooms are four modern and specially decorated double rooms. The Superior B1 (23m2) is on the first floor of the first building, with a view of the sea and the garden. It can accommodate up to two persons and one child on a baby bed. The Superior B2 (21m2) is on the first floor of the first building, facing the front part of the garden and the forest. It can accommodate up to two persons. The Superior C2 and C3 (19 square meters each) are on the second floor of the first building, facing the sea, the garden and the forest. It can accommodate up to two persons.

Beautiful and stately, the second building impresses with its traditional architecture. Wonderful, comfortable and airy apartments with spacious balconies, with a view to the blue sea as well as the rich pine forest and the green garden, ideal for unique, unforgettable moments of relaxation and tranquillity. Comfort, brightness, harmony, simplicity and absolute quietness are the features of the apartments, which are developed on three floors. Their furniture is simple, white, made of simple natural material, and gives a feeling of total cleanliness, tranquillity and relaxation.

Three apartments (33m2), one on each floor, consist of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with two single beds, a bathroom and a private furnished balcony. They can accommodate two 2-4 adults, and they are ideal for a family with two children.

A studio (23m2) is in the basement of the building, with direct access to the garden. It consists of a bedroom with three single beds, a kitchen, a bathroom and a private veranda. It is ideal for 2-3 adults or a family with one child.

The studio (40m2) on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden, consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a private veranda. It is ideal for 2 adults.
