Comfortable Maisonette is located on the eastern coast of Kassandra, outside of Pefkohori, in the village of Glarokavos, which is 450m away from the beach and the natural lagoon of Glarokavos.

The accommodation, structured as a maisonette, consists of two levels and can accommodate up to nine people. The ground floor level includes a bedroom, a toilet, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, while the first-floor level features two bedrooms and a bathroom. The two bedrooms have double beds, the third bedroom has a single sofa bed and sofa bed with drawer bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with four burners, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathroom features a shower tray with no curtain.

Guests can enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings on the veranda or balcony overlooking the garden, furnished with a seating set.

In the beautifully landscaped garden, guests can enjoy preparing barbecue meals under the pergola with family and friends.

Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the apartment during their stay, as well as for changing the linens and towels (provided) themselves. All reservations include a mandatory cleaning fee.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
