Mirna Oaza 1 Apartment (42m2 or 55m2 with terrace) in Mouries is a two bedroom apartment, about 2 minutes from the nearby beach, in a quiet area. Cosmos Mediteraneo, Ikea, Jumbo are half an hour drive away. Mouries is near Paralia Dionisiou, 1km from Flogita, ie. at 4km from Nea Moudania. The large supermarket “My Family” for larger purchases is nearby, at the entrance to Nea Plagia, as it descends from the highway from the direction of Thessaloniki. Pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, pastry shops and shops are nearby, as are larger similar facilities in nearby Flogiti or Nea Moudania. The big market is in Flogita. The market day in Nea Moudania, 8 km from the place, is Wednesday - be sure to use one day to visit it. The beach in Paralia Dionisos is with several beach bars, taverns. The amusement park in Nea Plagia is for kids. The apartment is oriented to the east, so you can have the privilege of being awakened by the morning sun. It consists of two bedrooms and a kitchen with dining area. It has two terraces, one on the side of the bedrooms, and the other from the living room towards the street and it is suitable for the whole family. Accommodation is suitable for 4 - 6 people, depending on age. The bedroom contains a double bed and a children’s room bunk beds.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped for food preparation and contains a refrigerator, stove with flat plate, microwave, aspirator. All the mentioned benefits are included in the price. The apartment does not have Wi-Fi.

Guests maintain the apartment during their stay and bring their own towels. Bed linen is not changed during the 10 night stay. Parking is always available in the public area in front of the building.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
