Description
One of the most popular accommodations for StavrosStegiovana Maisonettes is located near the center of Stavros, 100m from the beach. It has six comfortable maisonettes for 4-5 people. A portable grill is also available upon request, which completes a true family vacation. Pets are also welcome.
The center is about 300m away, and the nearest market and bakery are about 50m away.
The size of the maisonette is 25-35m2. Three maisonettes can accommodate five people. On the upper level there is a kitchen, a double bed, a TV and a bathroom, while the lower level has one double and a single bed. Three maisonettes can accommodate four people. On the upper level, there are two single beds and air conditioning, while on the lower level there are kitchen, double bed, TV and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped, it has a fridge and stove, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The maisonettes have internal stairs. It should also be noted that the lower ground floor level is a few stairs below ground level. The terraces are not physically separated from each other.
All maisonettes are air-conditioned, they have internet access, TV and a hairdryer.
Replacement of towels and bed linen are done in half of the stay, while guests themselves maintain the hygiene of their units.
Private parking is not provided, so guests park close by.
To find accommodation, when you reach the roundabout in the center of Stavros and cross the bridge, turn right after the market. Stegiovana maisonettes are on second Street, parallel to the one you turned off.
The house was last renovated in 2007 and is in good condition. It can be the right choice for those who want good accommodation in a quiet location in Stavros.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
