Select Lux Apartments are located in Pefkohori, on the eastern coast of Kassandra, in a quiet street that leads directly to the shore and opens onto the sea. The accommodation is 100 meters from a wide sandy beach, whose golden sand is suitable both for peaceful walks during the early morning hours and for fun during warm summer days. At the same time, within a 300-meter radius of the property is also the town center, which gives guests direct access to all the attractions that Pefkohori has to offer, as well as shops, restaurants, cafés, and all other amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. In this way, guests can combine the enjoyment of tranquility with the easily accessible offerings of Pefkohori’s center.
Within this property there are two separate apartments located on the ground floor. This arrangement is especially suitable for families with small children or guests who prefer easily accessible accommodation. Both apartments are designed so that every aspect of comfort is within reach, while still preserving guests’ privacy.
The smaller apartment can accommodate up to four people and is equipped with two bedrooms, each containing a double bed (French bed), as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The layout ensures that each bedroom has enough space for personal belongings and clear circulation, while the kitchen provides all basic appliances and utensils needed for meal preparation.
The larger apartment can accommodate up to six people and features two bedrooms with double beds, a living room furnished with a sofa for two people, a kitchen, and a bathroom. This living room sofa can be used as additional sleeping space when needed, providing flexibility without compromising comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary appliances, making it easy to prepare everything from breakfast to more elaborate meals.
Upon request and at no extra cost, a baby cot is available for the youngest guests, allowing parents to organize travel with a baby or small child worry-free. This ensures flexibility and added comfort, as families do not need to bring their own crib—they only need to inform the hosts of their requirement in advance.
Both apartments are fully air-conditioned, with units that distribute cooled air evenly throughout all rooms, so even during the hottest July and August days, staying inside the apartment is not a problem. In the living rooms and both bedrooms, there is a Smart TV that provides the option to watch various channels or stream favorite series and movies. Free Wi-Fi internet is available in all rooms, allowing guests uninterrupted access for business obligations, communication with family, or simply browsing and entertainment.
Additional amenities that contribute to comfort include a hairdryer, a washing machine, and an iron, which is particularly important for guests who stay multiple days and wish to keep their clothes tidy. The kitchen is equipped with two ceramic hob rings, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and an electric kettle, significantly easing the preparation of both breakfast and more complex meals.
Each apartment has two spacious verandas, one at the front and one at the back, both furnished with seating sets. On these verandas, guests can enjoy their morning coffee or an afternoon drink while observing the surrounding landscape and feeling the gentle breeze coming from the sea. Because they are on the ground floor, the verandas offer direct access to a landscaped courtyard, which further enhances the sense of intimacy and privacy.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation, ensuring peace and cleanliness within the property. This measure allows guests who may suffer from allergies or prefer an environment free of animals to stay without worry.
Apartment cleaning is performed halfway through the stay. Towels and bed linens are changed at mid-stay for stays of ten nights or more, guaranteeing freshness of the space and greater guest comfort.
Guests of these apartments are provided with one parking space in front of the accommodation, eliminating the need to look for parking in the surrounding streets and providing additional convenience for drivers. This is especially significant during peak season, when parking capacities are often full.
