Olia Seaside Residence is an accommodation complex located in the most popular place with the longest history in tourism, Pefkohori, on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, 350m from the beach. The town center is 1.6 km away.
Within this accommodation, there are a total of ten accommodation units with a capacity for a maximum of eight people.
Three two-bed studios (Double Deluxe No.1, 4, 6) are located in a three-story building next to the parking lot, one on each floor and contain a double bed, kitchen and bathroom.
Two three-bed studios (Triple Deluxe No.9 & 10) are located on the ground floor in the building next to the pool and have a direct view of it. They contain a double bed and a single bed, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The four-bed studio (Luxury Suite No.7) is located on the ground floor of the building next to the pool and contains a double bed, a sofa for two people, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Two apartments (Family Suites No.3 & 5), intended for accommodation of up to six people, are located on the first and second floor of the building next to the parking lot and contain a double bed and a sofa for two people in the kitchen area, while there is a double bed in the separate bedroom.
The ground-floor apartment for six people (Junior Suite No.2) is located in the building next to the parking lot and contains a double bed in the kitchen area, and in the separate bedroom there is a double bed and a sofa for two people.
The apartment for eight people (Family Luxury Suite No.8) is located on the ground floor of the building next to the swimming pool and contains two separate rooms with one double bed and one sofa for two people. In one of the rooms there is a fully equipped kitchen.
All double beds measure 160x200 and single beds measure 90x190. A baby cot is available on request and for an extra charge.
In these air-conditioned accommodation units, with two air conditioners within the apartment, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a smart flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a hair dryer, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, and mosquito nets. , kitchen equipped with standard refrigerator (in studios) or large refrigerator with freezer (in apartments), two glass-ceramic hotplates, small oven, microwave oven (in all units except double studios), dishwasher (only in Family Luxury Suite) toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathrooms have a shower without a tub with a glass screen, except in the junior suite, which has a glass shower cabin.
Guests can spend warm summer days, with a view of the pool or yard, on the veranda or balcony, which are equipped with seating.
In the two-hectare yard there is an outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, a children's playground and a poolside bar with a vending machine for food and drinks. Barbecue equipment is available at an additional cost.
Pets are allowed upon request and with an additional charge.
Cleaning of accommodation units and changing of bed linen and towels is done once a week for stays longer than seven days. Upon request and with an additional charge, it is possible to organize a cleaning service and a change of bed linen and towels.
Private and fenced parking with 24/7 security cameras is available.
Olia Seaside Residence is located 6km from Hanioti, 10km from Polikhron and 98km from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
