Hotel Description

Victoria House is located 100m from the beach and the center of Pefkohori. It can host up to 12 people. It is an excellent choice for several families or a larger company.

A supermarket is about 500m away, while smaller shops, restaurants and bakeries are located nearby the accommodation.

The accommodation can host a maximum of ten adults and two children. It has a high ground floor, a basement and a first floor. In the basement there is a kitchen with a sofa for two people, one bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. On the upper ground floor there is a living room with two pull-out sofas for two people and a toilet. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower with a curtain.

A baby cot is available to guests, upon request, and this service is free of charge.

In this air-conditioned accommodation (the air conditioner is in the living room), guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings and a large oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer. Iron and ironing board available on request.

The living room and bedrooms on the first floor open onto a smaller terrace. In the yard, there is a summer house equipped with seating and a barbecue, so this can be a favorite place to stay during your vacation.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation for an additional fee.

Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation during their stay. Additional cleaning and change of towels and bed linen are possible for an additional fee.

One parking space is provided for accommodation guests at the entrance. If you come with several cars, there is a possibility to park nearby, along the street, or in one of the public parking lots.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
