Hotel Description

Kitty Sea House can accommodate up to 6 guests and is located in a complex that is in the first row to the beach in Hanioti, about 50m away from the beach.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom, while on the third floor there is a bedroom with two mattresses on the floor and an extra bed and this room is an open gallery, not separated by a door.

It is equipped with bed linen, towels, air conditioning (in the bedrooms upstairs and in the bedroom on the gallery), flat satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, dishwasher and washing machine, and iron and ironing board are available on request.

Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, and bed linen and towels can be changed with prior agreement and additional payment.

The house has a private yard with a barbecue, and guests can park in the surrounding area or in the public parking lot, which is about 100m away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Minimum stay is 6 nights.
A damage deposit of 300€, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage, is required and should be paid in cash on check-in. It will be returned upon check-out, after the inspection of the general condition of the house.
Accommodation Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 15€ per Night
