Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Markovic House is located in the famous tourist resort of Pefkohori, on the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki. Located in a quieter part of the village, just 130m from the beach, near large supermarkets, cafes and resorts, it is an ideal choice for families and friendly gatherings.
This apartment, which has a maisonette structure on two levels, can host a maximum of five adults and two children. The lower level, located on the ground floor, includes a living room with a kitchen and dining room, as well as the bathroom. The upper level, which is on the first floor and is reached by internal stairs, has two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and one bed for one person, while the other bedroom has a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa for two people.
In this air-conditioned facility, in which air conditioners are located in the living room on the lower level and in each bedroom on the upper level, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, smart TV, washing machine, hair dryer, as well as an equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle and a toaster.
One bedroom opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs, while the kitchen and dining room open onto a large private veranda, equipped with seating and a swing for children.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
During their stay, guests take care of cleaning the apartment themselves, as well as changing the bed linen and towels they have at their disposal.
No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but a free parking space can be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street.
