Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Emerald Seaside Apartment is located in the heart of Pefkochori, in a modern complex situated just a short distance from the beach. This spacious and comfortable apartment offers contemporary accommodation, ideal for a summer holiday. Pefkochori is one of the most popular resorts in Halkidiki, and during peak season, the town beach and promenade are very lively, full of tourists, restaurants, tavernas, bars, and shops. The beach in Pefkochori is long and mostly narrow, except at the ends where it widens slightly. It is covered with fine pebbles, the sea is clear and clean, and the gradual entry into the water makes it suitable for families with children.
The offered property spans two levels, a raised ground floor and an attic, and is intended for a maximum of six adults. The lower level includes a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, while the upper level features an open gallery. There is one double bed in the bedroom and another in the gallery, while the living room has two single sofas.
This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
