Makis House is located at the entrance of one of the most popular resorts, Pefkohori, on the Kassandra peninsula, 140 m from the sandy beach and 750 m from the town center. Comfortable accommodation offers everything needed for a pleasant stay and enjoyment with family and friends.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to six adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, while the living room includes a sofa for two.

Upon request, guests have a children’s crib at their disposal at no extra cost.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests a TV, free WiFi, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

From the spacious balcony, equipped with seating furniture, guests can enjoy a partial sea view and surroundings.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement with the owner. Guests staying with their pets are required to pay a deposit, which is refunded upon check-out if the accommodation is returned in the same condition it was received.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay, while towel and linen replacement is not provided during the stay, but is done at the end of the stay. Cleaning service is available for an additional fee.

There is no private parking, but free parking spaces can easily be found in front of the accommodation, along the street where the property is located, or at a nearby public parking lot.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
