Situated in a peaceful area of Pefkochori, on the first peninsula of Halkidiki, Kassandra, are the Maritina Studios with Swimming Pool.

Consists of 10 fully equipped studios with fully renovated bathrooms (2024) and kitchen (2025) for 2 to 4 guests.

Everything you need for your vacations is in the village core, which is around 450 metres away. It includes a grocery store, bakery, market, pharmacy, and more.

The famed Pefkochori beach is 500 metres distant.

The complex’s totally new swimming pool is a focal point during the sweltering summer days.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 13 years.
Stays for persons younger than 0 years are not approved.
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid on the first day of arrival at the accommodation. In case of cancellation 21 days or more before arrival, the money paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded. In case of earlier departure from the accommodation, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.
