O&A By The Sea Apartments is located in the second line from the beach, in a quiet part of Polychrono, surrounded by a very nice and fenced yard, with landscaped lawn, perfect for children, but also for socializing as there is a barbecue with a dining table. It has two renovated (2018) duplex apartments, capacity for 2-4 persons. It is located only 70m from the beach, which is never crowded. Accommodation is open all year round and small pets are welcome.

The apartments are 1.3km from the center of Polychrono (as far as the nearest market and bakery) and 3.5km from Hanioti. The first restaurant is located 400m away.

The beach is sandy with fine gravel and there is a path to access beach. It will be referred to you by kind and unobtrusive owners who live upstairs.

The apartments are not very spacious (30m2), but they are functional and have all the necessary things.

Both apartments are four steps above and have long, angular terraces. They are air conditioned, equipped with internet signal, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, and guests have at their disposal a washing machine behind the property. Olinthos apartment on the back, instead of the balcony door, has a window, unlike the apartment on the left.

Both units are of the same structure. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has a sofa bed, single bed and TV. The bathroom has a shower curb with curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove, a large fridge with freezer, toaster, blender and necessary utensils.

Guests take care by themselves of the hygiene in their apartment, while linen and towels are changed in the middle of the stay.

Guests also have a shower and hose in the yard.

Private parking is not provided, but parking is easy to find in the immediate vicinity.

O&A By The Sea Apartments really is a little oasis of peace; Ideal for families with children and smaller groups, who want to enjoy a peaceful holiday, surrounded by greenery, not far from the beach.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
