Accommodation description

Tina’s Apartment (33m²) is located in a peaceful part of Polihrona, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, making it suitable for accommodating up to four people.

The accommodation has a TV and internet access. Guests also have access to a fully equipped bathroom, kitchen, and two balconies - one at the front and one at the back of the house, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening rest.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay, while bed linen and towels are replaced every five days. An extra set of bed linen and towels is available to guests.

Parking is possible in the surrounding streets, but a designated parking spot is not provided.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
