Summer Beach Hotel welcomes you in its renovated rooms and areas on the beach of the seaside village of Polichrono, Halkidiki.

10 double, four triple and three family rooms, all with a sea view and a few meters from the sea, are one of the best holiday options for you and your friends or family. Our communal facilities such as the shared kitchen and barbecue as well as in-room equipment offer all the necessities for small meals when needed. The short distance from the sea and our large balconies are one of the advantages for every company or family since you do not have to use a car during days you’re hosted in our area.

Double or Twin room (25m2) has a partial sea view. The renovated room is spacious and may accommodate two guests in one double or two single beds.
Triple room (30m2) has a partial sea view. The renovated room is spacious and may accommodate three guests in one double and a single bed.
Family room (35m2) has a partial sea view. The renovated room is spacious and may accommodate four guests in one double and a double sofa or two bunk beds.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 3 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

The minimum stay for the periods 1 ¹⁰⁄₀₄-¹²⁄₀₄, ³⁰⁄₀₄-01/05 and ²²⁄₀₅-²⁴⁄₀₅ is three nights.
The minimum stay for the period ²⁸⁄₀₉-¹⁹⁄₁₀ is two nights.
The minimum stay for the periods 01/06-¹⁴⁄₀₆ is five nights.
The minimum stay for the periods ¹⁴⁄₀₉-²⁷⁄₀₉ is four nights.
The minimum stay for the period ¹⁵⁄₀₆-¹³⁄₀₉ is seven nights.
