10 double, four triple and three family rooms, all with a sea view and a few meters from the sea, are one of the best holiday options for you and your friends or family. Our communal facilities such as the shared kitchen and barbecue as well as in-room equipment offer all the necessities for small meals when needed. The short distance from the sea and our large balconies are one of the advantages for every company or family since you do not have to use a car during days you're hosted in our area.

Bookings
- Minimum stay from 30/6-31/8 is 6 nights, from 26/5-1/6 minimum stay is 3 nights and in all other periods minimum stay is 4 nights.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
