New Era 2 Apartments is located in the center of Polychrono, 200m from the beach. It is an ideal place for those who want accommodation in the center and near an organized city beach.
It is about 100m away from restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies.
The accommodation has 4 three-bed studios, which have a French and a single bed, i.e. a sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a small stove (three hotplates and a small oven), a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a kettle.
All studios are air-conditioned, have TV, WiFi internet and terraces equipped with seating.
The bathrooms have a shower without a curtain.
Private parking is located 1 km from the accommodation and guests can use it for free. Parking is also possible in the surrounding streets.
There is also a doctor's office near the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
