Evita Stylish Beachfront Maisonette is located in the first row to the sea in the village of Polihrono, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula. Right across the street is a well-kept city beach with clean sea, coarse sand, and gradual depth.
These apartments, structured as maisonettes on two levels, are intended for accommodation of up to three or four people. In the Olga's Maisonette unit, on the lower level at the ground floor level, providing direct access to the garden, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. On the upper level, at the first floor level, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bathroom, and a balcony with a sea view. In the Venis Maisonette unit, on the first level at the second floor level, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Within the bedroom, there is a gallery with a single bed and an additional bathroom.
In these air-conditioned apartments, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, stove with a large oven and four ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher.
Depending on the floor level of the accommodation unit, guests can enjoy the natural shade on the veranda equipped with a seating set or on the balcony with a direct sea view and a seating set.
The veranda leads directly to the carefully maintained yard surrounded by greenery.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon agreement with the owner.
During their stay, guests are responsible for hygiene, and there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay. They are provided with clean sets of bed linen and towels which they change themselves.
Free parking can be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
