Description
Evita Stylish Beachfront Maisonette is located in the first row to the sea in the village of Polihrono, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula. Right across the street is a well-kept city beach with clear water, coarse sand,and gradual depth.
These apartments, which are structured as maisonettes on two levels, are intended for accommodation of up to three or four people. In the Olga's Maisonette accommodation unit, on the lower level, which is at the ground floor level and allows direct access to the garden, there is a bedroom containing two single beds and a bathroom. On the upper level, at the level of the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, another bathroom, and a balcony with a sea view.
In the Venis Maisonette accommodation unit, on the first level, at the level of the second floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. Within the bedroom, there is a gallery with a single bed and an additional bathroom.
These air-conditioned apartments offer guests free WiFi, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with a large oven and four ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher.
Depending on the floor level of the accommodation unit, guests can enjoy the natural shade on the veranda equipped with seating or on the balcony with a direct view of the sea and seating.
The veranda leads directly to a carefully maintained yard surrounded by greenery.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon agreement with the owner.
During their stay, guests are responsible for their own hygiene, and there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay. Clean sets of bed linen and towels are provided for guests to change themselves.
Free parking can be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, when entering Polihrono after the first gas station, turn left, then right, and immediately left onto the street that leads to the beach. Drive straight to the shore, then turn right and after 50 meters, on the corner with the next street, you will see the Evita Stylish Beachfront Maisonette accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
