Evita Stylish Beachfront Maisonette is located in the first row to the sea in Polichrono, on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula. Just across the street is an organized city beach with clear sea, coarse sand and gradual depth.
This apartment, which is structured as a maisonette on two levels, is designed to accommodate a maximum of four people. On the lower level, which is at the ground floor level and provides direct access to the garden, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. On the upper level, on the level of the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bathroom and a balcony with a view of the sea.
In this air-conditioned apartment, which has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom on the first floor and a fan in the bedroom on the ground floor, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, TV, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with a large oven and four glass-ceramic hotplates, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a kettle and a dishwasher.
Guests can enjoy the natural shade on the veranda that is equipped with seating set or on the balcony with a direct sea view and seating set.
Directly from the veranda there is access to the yard, which is carefully maintained and surrounded by greenery.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation in agreement with the owner.
During the stay, the guests take care of their own hygiene, and there is a mandatory surcharge for cleaning at the end of the stay. They have at their disposal clean sets of sheets and towels that they change themselves.
A free parking space can be found in front of the accommodation itself or along the street where it is located.
Pefkohori is 9km away from Evita Stylish Beachfront Maisonette, Kallithea is about 11km, while the international airport in Thessaloniki is 87km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
