Lemon Tree Villa is located on the east coast of the Kassandra Peninsula, in Polychrono, a peaceful resort with a significant advantage – a long sandy beach with very clear water, free from algae, jellyfish, and sea urchins, just 110m away.
This accommodation offers studios and apartments, situated on the high ground floor and first floor, designed to accommodate up to four adults. The studio has two joined single beds and a fold-out armchair, suitable for two adults and one child. The apartments feature two joined single beds in the bedroom and one or two single beds in the kitchen area, suitable for three or four adults.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, equipped with a cooling unit in the kitchen area, guests can access free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with an induction stove and a large fridge with a freezer.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard, depending on the number of floors, on the furnished veranda or balcony.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the units during the stay, as well as replacing bed linens and towels, is carried out every fifth day for reservations with a minimum stay of 10 nights. For shorter bookings, the bed linen exchange service is not provided.
Although parking is not provided for guests of this accommodation, there is always available parking space along the street near the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Postovani, isao bih sa sa porodicom, dakle zena i dete od 4 god, u periodu od oko 28.29.30.31, avgusta1, 2 , septembar, da bude u tom nekom periodu prvi dan,tj prvo.nocenje, i tako 12 nocenja, jel ima slobodnih mesta, i po kojoj ceni, hvala?
