The most beautiful aspect is the courtyard that attracts people. The mattresses are worn out, and comfort is nonexistent; the pillows are so thin they might as well not exist. We contacted Nikana to leave right after the second night. The owners do not refund money; pay, leave, or stay. We have never experienced anything like this before! We endured everything because we were forced to spend the entire day outside of our room, resting on the beach loungers. Our room faced the street, where a house was under construction; the roof was being worked on during that time. The banging starts every morning at 7:30, and the workers create chaos. They could have moved us to another room today, but they refused. Even the owner brought bed linen on the fifth day for me to change myself. I am at a loss for words regarding what we experienced. The internet was very weak; we only had it on the terrace. There isn't even any cleaner in the toilet bowl. There is no sponge for washing dishes, and there is no liquid detergent. There are many mosquitoes; we get refills, but I brought my own, not knowing I needed to bring pillows as well since people write here. Apparently, parking is only for certain guests in front of the house, while others are left in some fenced area. A guest seeks comfort and peace, but we had neither. Everything was terrible! The quality-to-price ratio is high.

I highly recommend this accommodation, primarily for its cleanliness and the kindness of the hosts.

An excellent location for relaxation and enjoying the sunset! The apartment is clean, spacious, featuring a large kitchen and a beautiful terrace with a stunning view! The owners were very kind and accommodating! The garden, which leads to the terrace equipped with a shower and umbrellas, is also lovely, and you can descend directly to the sea! The apartments are beautiful, clean, the hosts are friendly, and the house rules are clear. We felt wonderful during our stay. The center is nearby, yet it is situated in a tranquil spot right by the water. Each apartment comes with two sun loungers and an umbrella by the sea... simply delightful!

The landlady is a kind woman. The place is clean. There are few dishes available. She had one large pot and a frying pan. Everything comes in pairs (spoons, forks, coffee cups, and one knife that barely cut). There were no face towels. It is important to emphasize what is missing so that guests know to bring their own. For the first time in the last 25 years, we found that there were no small towels in the apartment.

On the outside, everything appears perfect. However, the beds are uncomfortable, and the mattresses are worn out. There is no hot water in the kitchen. When the oven is on, the burners do not work. When it is cold and cloudy, there is no hot water in the bathroom. I would never visit this complex again. The landlady is rude, while the landlord is acceptable.

One of the better accommodations, clean and tidy, with friendly and kind hosts. The beach is delightful.

We stayed in a three-bed apartment No. 9 on the second floor, and everything was just as described and agreed upon through Nikana. The accommodation is very pleasant, featuring a larger terrace overlooking the sea and a smaller one facing the courtyard and street. The bathroom is more spacious than many others. Access to the water can be problematic, but we were aware of this from the accommodation description on the Nikana website, so we were prepared. We also knew there were no mosquito nets, so we brought our own devices and insect repellent, while the owners provided one device and one tablet. We were pleasantly surprised by the parking space provided by the owners (unfenced), so we didn’t have to park on the street. What we were not prepared for was the lack of sun loungers, a dishcloth, and dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, which we had usually found in previous years. Additionally, only one towel per person was provided (luckily, we always bring our own). During our stay, WiFi worked very well both in the apartment and outside on the terrace where the sun loungers and umbrellas are located. The owners were quite courteous, friendly, and helpful. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. A significant advantage is that you absolutely do not need to leave the courtyard to reach the beach, while the downsides are mostly minor details. Everything was perfect. The hosts were gracious. Everything was impeccably arranged. The beach is right below the terrace. Overall, an excellent accommodation highly recommended.

The apartment is not exactly the cleanest, but it can be tidied up. It looks good from the outside, but inside it is quite disappointing; the water pressure is very low, and we have been without hot water for 24 hours with a baby here. The kitchen is fine, and the terrace and view are also nice. The internet connection is frequently interrupted, and the signal is very poor!

This vacation was unforgettable and unique. The Maltemaki apartment offers a retreat for both the eyes and the soul. The first morning view after waking up reveals a stunning endless blue, while the sound of waves at bedtime lulls and soothes every soul. Nea Skioni is a beautiful little place that boasts several fantastic restaurants with excellent food. The small harbor with boats is an additional adornment of this charming town for all lovers of walks along the docks. It serves as an excellent starting point for further explorations of the peninsula, especially for the unmissable Possidi sandbar.

Wonderful and gracious hosts, Katerina and Hristos, are always available. The yard is well-kept and maintained, with direct access to the sea from the yard.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. As soon as you open your eyes, you are greeted by a beautiful and comfortable apartment. The owners are lovely, unobtrusive, and always available for any questions. Peaceful, quiet... A place you truly wish to return to.

Different from most accommodations in Greece. There are no long sandy beaches that first come to mind when we think of Greece. This did not bother us. The proximity to the sea was precious to us. Teenagers may find it boring.

In the photographs, I saw spacious, bright apartments, but we received a claustrophobic three-bed apartment number 4. The third bed is placed right at the entrance of the bedroom, and for 14 days and nights, we had to jump over it to function in this small corner. There were three of us adults. The accommodation is clean, yet modest. Peace and quiet are synonymous with this place. The access to the sea is dangerous for adults, let alone for children. We wanted to leave for home three days earlier, but the owner insisted that we pay for those three days as well. We have not experienced such treatment in 20 years of vacationing in Greece. Only in Albania do they ask for money upfront; you pay what you initially announced, and then you can leave whenever you want. Meltemaki is an ideal accommodation if you haven't seen better.

In June, we vacationed in Meltemaki. A retreat that nourishes both the soul and the body. Impeccable. Christos and Katerini were exceptionally kind and entirely unobtrusive. We traveled with children, and our impressions exceed a perfect 5. We recommend it to everyone!
