Description
Boris House is located on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in the peaceful village of Polychrono. Its greatest advantage is its long sandy beach with crystal-clear water, as well as its proximity to beautiful beaches and popular spots. The accommodation is just 200m away from the beach.
The apartment with three bedrooms can accommodate a maximum of five adults and two children, is structured as a maisonette on two levels. The lower level, which is on the second floor, includes a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The upper level, in the attic, consists of two bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. One bedroom has a single bed, two bedrooms have double beds and there is a sofa for two in the living room.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay, and there is no provision for the replacement of linen and towels. However, a mandatory cleaning fee of €90 per reservation is required for cleaning after guests' departure.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
