Gaya Villa is located on the beach itself, on the outskirts of Polichrono, in the direction of Hanioti. It is in an ideal position, isolated from the typical crowds, yet close to all the contents that Polichrono offers. The facility is newly built, modern, and luxuriously equipped.

The accommodation is a few steps away from the beach and about 700m from the town center. This is also the distance from the first restaurants, cafes, and bakeries.

The villa has three levels. There are two bedrooms in the basement. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a bathroom.

On the upper ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room and kitchen have a fantastic view of the sea because the entire wall is made of glass.

There are two more bedrooms on the first floor, both with a double bed and each with its bathroom.

A baby cot is available to guests and this service is free of charge.

The accommodation is air-conditioned (each bedroom has air conditioning). It has free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with satellite channels, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen, there is a stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. All details are carefully selected.

The balconies, on the first floor and the upper ground floor, are equipped with furniture for sitting and enjoying the sea view. Deckchairs are also available to guests.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of accommodation units is done every 7 days. Guests can also benefit from additional cleaning services during their stay, at an additional cost per service. Towels and bed linen can be changed at an additional cost.

Two parking spaces are provided for accommodation guests.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
