Description
Gaya Villa is located on the beach itself, on the outskirts of Polichrono, in the direction of Hanioti. It is in an ideal position, isolated from the typical crowds, yet close to all the contents that Polichrono offers. The facility is newly built, modern and luxuriously equipped.
The accommodation is a few steps away from the beach, and about 700m from the town center. This is also the distance from the first restaurants, cafes and bakeries.
The villa has three levels. There are two bedrooms in the basement. Both bedrooms have a double bed and their own bathroom.
On the upper ground floor there is a spacious living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room and kitchen have a fantastic view of the sea, because the entire wall is made of glass.
There are two more bedrooms on the first floor, both with a double bed and each with its own bathroom.
A baby cot is available to guests and this service is free of charge.
The accommodation is air-conditioned (each bedroom has air conditioning). It has free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels, a hair dryer, a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and a fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen there is a stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. All details are carefully selected.
The balconies, on the first floor and on the upper ground floor, are equipped with furniture for sitting and enjoying the sea view. Deckchairs are also available to guests.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
During the stay, the guests clean the accommodation units themselves, and the bed linen and towels are changed every fourth day. In this accommodation, for the service of cleaning the accommodation after the departure of the guests, an additional payment of €160 per reservation is required. Guests can also use the cleaning service of the accommodation during their stay, with an additional charge of €160 per service.
Two parking spaces are provided for accommodation guests.
Gaya villa is a great choice for comfort lovers who prefer to stay near a bigger place, isolated from the city crowds.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
