Offering a ground floor apartment designed to accommodate up to four adults and one child under the age of seven. The apartment features a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the other bedroom and a sofa in the living room.
Upon request, a baby cot is available within the price.
In this air-conditioned apartment with a cooling unit only in the living room, guests have access to free WiFi internet, TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
