Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Depy's Cozy Home is located on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, just 30 meters from the town beach in Polychrono, a peaceful resort known for its kilometers-long sandy beach with crystal-clear waters free of algae, jellyfish, and sea urchins, as well as its proximity to other beautiful beaches and popular destinations.
The property offers a ground-floor apartment designed to accommodate up to four adults and one child under the age of seven. The apartment features a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa in the living room.
A baby cot is available upon request at no extra charge.
This air-conditioned apartment (with air conditioning only in the living room) provides guests with free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove featuring four ceramic hobs, and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
