Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Elena’s 1 Maisonette is situated on the eastern side of the Kassandra peninsula, in the peaceful village of Polihrono - its greatest advantage being the miles-long sandy beach with crystal clear and pristine water, as well as the proximity to other beautiful beaches and popular places. The accommodation is 50m away from the sea.
The accommodation unit consists of two levels and can accommodate up to five adults and two children. On the first level (ground floor), there is a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen. The living room features a single bed and a sofa bed for two. On the second level (first floor), there is a room with a single bed and access to a balcony, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, also with access to an additional balcony.
This air-conditioned accommodation does not have WiFi internet. Guests have access to a TV, a kitchen with a stove with two burners, a small oven, a large fridge with a freezer, and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a shower tray without a curtain.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda equipped with seating furniture.
Pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the apartment during their stay, as well as for changing the bed linen and towels (provided). There is a mandatory cleaning service fee for all reservations.
There is no private parking, but free parking spots can easily be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.
Elena’s 1 Maisonette is located 8.7km away from Pefkohori, 15.7km from Xenia Beach, and 87.5km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.
